All payments are processed by Stripe. OpalOps does not store credit card
numbers or sensitive payment data on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:
- Service providers necessary to operate our business (Stripe, Airtable)

Terms of Service
Effective Date: April 10, 2026These Terms of Service govern your use of OpalOps services provided by
RRM Services LLC ("OpalOps," "we," "us," or "our").1. Services
OpalOps provides on-demand W-2 labor staffing services including event
crews, stagehands, warehouse workers, movers, and cleanup crews in the
New York and New Jersey market.2. Quotes and Pricing
All quotes are flat-rate and reflect the agreed scope of work. Pricing
is subject to change if crew requirements, hours, or job conditions
change materially from the original request. Scope changes must be
agreed upon in writing prior to the event date.3. Payment Terms
A deposit is required to confirm booking. The deposit percentage is
specified in your quote. The remaining balance is due within 3 days
of job completion. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.4. Cancellations
Cancellation terms are outlined in your Client Services Agreement.
OpalOps reserves the right to charge cancellation fees for late
cancellations that result in crew commitments that cannot be reversed.5. Non-Solicitation
Clients may not directly solicit, hire, or engage any OpalOps worker
introduced through our services for a period of 12 months following
the completion of services without paying a conversion fee of 20% of
the worker's anticipated first-year compensation.6. Limitation of Liability
OpalOps shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential
damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall
not exceed the amount paid for the specific job giving rise to the claim.7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any
disputes shall be resolved through AAA arbitration in Queens County, NY.8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use
of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.9. Contact
