I've worked the floor at Javits Center, Comic-Con San Diego, Grace Hopper Conference, and Moscone Center — lead tech, foreman, supervisor on major productions, activations, and events. I've managed crews on massive stadium cleanouts and facility teardowns. I've seen clients stressed by crews that lack accountability, cut corners, or bring the wrong energy to the job.
