If you call OpalOps and we are unable to answer, we may send you a single automated text message in response, providing information on how to reach us or continue your inquiry. This message is informational only — we do not use it to send marketing or promotional content. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out of future messages, or reply HELP for assistance.
4. OpalOps Messaging Terms and Conditions
4.1 Message Types
Message types include conversational, customer support, scheduling, and informational/service-related.
- The messaging program consists of general conversational messaging to answer questions and provide support to customers.
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text 'STOP' to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message 'STOP' to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
- If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at info@opalops.us.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary based on communication needs. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

5. Payment Processing
Payments are processed through Stripe, QuickBooks Online, and Autobooks (via Citizens Bank). OpalOps does not store credit card numbers or sensitive payment data on our servers. 6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not transfer consumer data to any external organizations, even with user consent, except when required by law.
We may share general business data with:
- Service providers necessary to operate our business (Stripe, QuickBooks Online, Autobooks/Citizens Bank, Airtable)
- Legal authorities if required by law
SMS / Mobile Opt-In Data
- Customer data is not shared with 3rd parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
- Mobile opt-in status and SMS consent information are never shared with any external party, including the service providers listed above, for any purpose — except when required by law.
